Talented Croatian Footballer Chooses DrLuigi

Ivan Tomečak is a Croatian professional footballer who last played for Rudeš in the Croatian Soccer League. He is usually used as a right-back but is also used as a right winger or left-back.

Ivan joined our DrLuigi family and realized that our medical footwear fit him best. Our footwear is ultra-light and comfortable (1 pair weighs only 0.2 kg) and are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. They are made almost exclusively from natural materials such as cotton and leather. The ergonomic features and soft, shock-absorbing soles of medical footwear allow for amortization of body weight, so that the shoes can be adapted to the individual anatomical characteristics of each foot.

These are some of the reasons why athletes like Ivan love Drluigi!

He started his international career for Croatia with a friendly match for the U18 national team against Poland. He played three games for the U-18 team before making his debut for the U-19 team in a friendly against Slovenia on September 18, 2007. He made a total of seven appearances for the U19 side before making his debut for the U20 and U21 teams. On June 7, 2009, Tomečak made his debut for the U21 team in a qualifying match against Cyprus. He made his debut for the senior national team on November 12, 2014, in a friendly match against Argentina in London, when he was substituted for Hrvoje Milić in the 71st minute.

Last season he started at Rijeka but did not finish. At the end of January this year he accepted an invitation from Cyprus, from where Ivan Mance invited him. He was in Paphos for several months and is now a free player. He watched the match in Šubićevac in the company of Rijeka officials and announced it on Instagram. Immediately there were rumors about his possible return to Rujevica.

His DrLuigi team wishes him all the best for his career!
