Emanuel Sakic is an Austrian professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Greek Super League club Ionikos. His career began in 2018, when Sakic moved to Greek Super League club Atromitos on a one-and-a-half-year contract. On December 9, 2018, he scored his first goal for the club in a 4-2 home win against Aris to open the scoring.
He then moved to Sturm Graz and signed a contract with Aris on a free transfer in the summer of 2020. Last season he made 18 appearances in the highest Greek division, but his contract was not renewed in the summer.
In November this year, the talented 31-year-old player moved to the Super League to Ionikos Nikeas. For Sakic, Ionikos is already the third stop in Greece, but for the team from Nikea, the defender is the first Austrian in the club's history.
