Early summer mornings are ideal for exercise. Every day we should devote at least half an hour to a workout that brings us joy and fulfillment. The leading educational and sports program Aktivna Hrvatska organized an individual morning workout at Prokurativi in Split. The team from the Faculty of Kinesiology, led by Patrik Kramarić, pointed out the importance of proper execution of exercises and training under expert guidance.

“In the summer months, we should pay attention to the time of training. It is necessary to avoid the sun, it is best to exercise in the early morning hours. Pay special attention to hydration. Drink fluids regularly during exercise, preferably water!”
