Luka Cindrić is a Croatian handball player who plays for Dinamo Bukurešt and the Croatian national team. He is a three-time European club champion, according to fans and EHF the best European handball player for the magic game 2017 and winner of 2 medals with Croatia (bronze at the European Championship 2016 and silver in 2020).
Luka was outstanding in the last two seasons in Barcelona and his team won the title, the trophy of the best team in the Champions League, and in the current season the pride of Catalonia leads the championship with 14 points after 7 games played, ahead of Granollers, while in the Champions League they are also in first place with 8 points after 4 games played, ahead of Danish Aalborg.
These days Luka is participating in the qualifying round for the 2024 European Championship. Croatian handball players are in a group with the Netherlands, Greece and Belgium. The Croatian handball team opened the qualification cycle with a win against Greece, and the next match will be against Belgium.
